By accessing vibra.app or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
vibra is a group outing planning platform currently in closed beta in Madrid, Spain. The service is provided free of charge to users during the beta period. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. Waitlist & partner programme
Joining the waitlist or submitting a partner enquiry does not guarantee access to the platform or inclusion in the partner programme. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use automated means to submit forms or access the site
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual property
All content on vibra.app — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by vibra or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Venue recommendations are generated algorithmically and vibra is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any venue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vibra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
